Achieve more with less effort and time, in everything you do. This is possible if you, as a team or individual, learn to build up and use your energy in a targeted manner. Time to make time. To take valuable steps and focus on the essentials.
The program includes several components. In total we work together intensively for 6 days, spread over a period of approximately 9 months. An alternation of training, coaching & advice. This can be done in-house or at external locations.

Part 1 – Individual start-up and intake: Each participant completes a talent scan in advance. Then each participant engages in a 1-on-1 conversation of approximately 1h with the external coach about expectations and wishes with regard to the program.
Part 2 – Team session 1: All participants get to know themselves and their colleagues better in function of creating mutual understanding and trust. This results in a common goal and desire for the entire team.
Part 3 – Team session 2: All participants learn the importance of “relational wiring” in collaboration and communication between themselves. This results in clear roles and expectations regarding the achievement of the common goal for everyone.
Part 4 – Team session 3: All participants learn the importance of energy management in making conscious choices that have an impact on achieving their common goal.
Part 5 – Team session 4: All participants draw up an individual action plan to apply the learned concepts and insights in concrete terms.
Part 6 – Individual follow-up and coaching: Each participant receives an individual coaching moment of 1 to 3 hours after the last session in which the actions taken are evaluated and we reflect together on the long-term impact of the next NBAs (next best actions).
